Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, I only offer local delivery and shipping to the US. When worldwide shipping is available, it will definitely be announced. Stay tuned!

When will items be shipped?
Items will be posted 3-5 business days after order is placed. 

How are items shipped?
Items are shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS). Once the items have been posted, you will be provided with a tracking number. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international shipping time on average takes at least TWO (2) WEEKS. Please allot time for customs clearance. 

Can I combine shipping?
Yes! Just place your order as you normally would, the shipping is automatically calculated. Additionally, any overcharges in the automatic calculations for shipping will be refunded.

I live in Nassau, how will I receive my order?
For local orders, the item will be delivered to you. Please provide a phone contact or email address when placing your order so delivery arrangements can be made. 

When will you restock?
Restock announcements are done primarily through the newsletter so please feel free to subscribe. Restock announcements are also done via social media, follow me on Instagram or Facebook to stay updated.

Do you do custom orders?
At this time, I do not take commissions or do custom orders.

Do you do wholesale?
Wholesale is not available at this time. 

Do you do returns or exchanges?
All sales are considered final. I do not accept returns or do exchanges, but please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible if there is a concern with your order.

Please note: Each item is packaged with the utmost care, but I understand that they can become damaged in transit. Please contact me within five (5) days after delivery confirmation if you notice any discrepancies or damages to your item and I will be more than happy to assist you in rectifying the issue. 

All functional wares are food-safe, microwave-safe (unless otherwise noted), and dishwasher-safe , but to preserve its quality, hand-washing is highly recommended.
